These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website reviewcount.com and the services provided by ReviewCount, a Discovery ADO company ("ReviewCount," "we," "us"). By accessing the site or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReviewCount helps businesses request, manage, and grow authentic Google reviews through automated text and email outreach, follow-ups, review reactivation, AI-assisted replies, and related features. Specific features depend on your chosen plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. The Service is currently available to businesses in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

3. Plans, Billing & the Annual Discount

• Plans are priced by the number of new review requests sent per month, as shown on our pricing page.
• Monthly plans are billed each month at the standard rate.
• Annual plans are billed once up front and include a 20% discount off the standard monthly rate. The discount applies to the prepaid annual term.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the plan you select.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans — you may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future monthly charges. Prepaid annual terms may be canceled to prevent renewal; prepaid amounts are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Any free trial terms will be described at sign-up.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right and proper consent to contact the customers whose information you provide to us.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and messaging carrier requirements.
• You will provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

6. Google & Review Platform Compliance

We help you request reviews from real customers. We do not filter, gate, block, or fabricate reviews, and we do not buy or incentivize reviews — these practices violate Google's policies and can harm your business. You are responsible for ensuring your use of reviews complies with the policies of Google and any other platform.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While our clients commonly see significant increases in reviews and search visibility, results depend on factors outside our control (your customer base, service quality, market, and platform behavior). We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ranking, or revenue.

8. Intellectual Property

The site, branding, mascot, and content are owned by ReviewCount / Discovery ADO and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the data you provide.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewCount is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
